You may not use the Service where such use is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your intended use of your trip GPS tracking does not violate local, state or federal laws.

You are warned that depending of the way you use TripTrack, you may incur data charges by your carrier. Under no circumstances shall TripTrack be liable for any charges billed by your cell phone company.

You should be aware that we make no guarantees about the reliability or continuity of our service. We reserve the right to pause or terminate your service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any losses, either direct or indirect, that such interruption or termination may cause you.

We cannot be responsible for the content of messages posted by you on your trip records and therefore published in TripTrack Site (http://triptrack.iphonehome.com.br).

USE OF THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS," AS AN ACCOMMODATION, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIPTRACK BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO YOU FOR ANY DEFICIENCY, ERROR, OR INTERRUPTION IN THE SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY DEFICIENCY OR ERROR SHALL BE TO REQUEST THAT TRIPTRACK CORRECT THE MATTER OR INFORMATION PROVIDED OR, IF TRIPTRSCK FAILS TO DO SO, TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AT YOUR OPTION.

Changes to Terms of Service

TripTrack may change this Agreement at any time for any reason by posting the modified Agreement on its website. Your continued use of the Service after a modified Agreement is posted shall be acceptance of the new Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you must stop using the Service.
